hi i have got a pace 4000n and it just sticks on nlt and does not move from there when switched on could it be the atmel may need reflowing or the tuner is faulty, the cable feed is ok i've checked it with another box,the box was working before.
any help would be grateful

try holding ch- button in when switching on at wall and only let go when u see boot.

hi jimbo,I have managed to get it going but the channels are freezing & some are missing,i don'nt think it will be the cable feed my other boxs is working fine(pace 4000), i did read another member having this problem i will have a look in to that,cheers mate anyway.

mine did that. must be an ntl problem as it's come back on now while watching the football. typically missed a goal
