I have have been using eurovox for 6 months but today my cable is disconnected from the exchange box i went to the satellite shop they said they are removing the ones in the area that are not subscribed with virgin media now i can not use my eurovox

I can confirm that this is happening in the Birmingham area, I was told that it would be happening and yesterday 2 people I know have lost all services, best to get min sub even tinternet & splitter!

This is not a new thing, virgin regually disconnect lines that are not subscribed to free up more space in the street cab / exchange for paying customers, is always a good idea to have a min sub's with em im paying £24 a month for all 3 ATM

Apparently some people reconnect the cable feed themselves by opening the box on the street... ;-)

Obviously Im not saying this is what you should do but its funny cus the door on the box on my street was hanging open this morning...
