Arrow Newbie looking for answers please forgive

Hi all

Ok this is my problem i havent used my satellite for some time as the football had been turned off.

So i got round to looking at it again. My receiver is a fortec 6000 i have a 80 inch motorised dish .i used to watch all the football on different sats like hotbird etc.....

The person who installed it and sold me the cards has either gone bust or changed his phone number

So Now I'm looking at fixing this problem

thanks in advance

John

The only package, currently open, is Digi TV on ! West, so move your dish to 1 West and make sure you have all the channels:

I'm not sure if there are any patches available for your receiver, Fortec Star 6000.
You mention that you have other satellite equipment, cards, can you pleas post a list of what cards, and cams, you have, and if you have a card programmer.

Dont get too fond of 1W though as theres a card swap going on and they will go secure sooner or later.
