hi guys had kryptivew 700c for the past year last two days all channels say waiting for code update, rescanned no difference? i change the firmware from the19/03/2009 to 12072009 left it over night with no hope ? linford

i have a good signal and did do a factory reset following the firmware update. with no hope thanks linford

Mine comes on after about 5mins,does anyone know why we are getting this waiting for code update

im struggling to i have a kryptview and a htpc today its been on for over 20 mins and not cleared

a factory reset and then rescan for channels should work,worked for me tonight.

usually says updating code when there has been a keyroll change(of which there were 2 in 2 days).if you have the latest firmware your box should update itself when left on a premium channel for 5-10 mins.if not,a channel update should do the trick.

belfast was down about an hour or two ago but after a factory reset, reinstalled firmware and a rescan, all is back up and running.
