Default Ex1000SL worth buying or not ??

have got older eurovox max v also a dbox both ok anyone got one of the ex1000sl's and are they worth grabbing one

I had an ex1000 and they are preety relaible boxes, that said however, the ex1100 is out now for a couple more £ which is basically a updated ex1000 with the addition of a usb port for a hard drive.

It all really depends on what you are looking for

i'd get ex1100sl usb model m8 looks the same as the ex100sl but u can record with onto usb or external hard drive, and it scans quicker. shop around u should get one between £80 to £90

we've had one for about 8months and it works a treat, easy to use, easy to set up and not a problem so far. Very much paid for itself

Got both a max v and 1100 and unlike the max v the 1100 for some reason does not go auto back to terrestial tv when i switch it off. I have to flick the av button four times or so to find terrestial again.

Well if you want a slim eurovox receiver, get the 1100 seeing as though its an updated version of the EX1000
