Hey guys, I have been getting just 10mb lately. I've tried loads of different macs, most new ones dont work, get stuck at ranging. I cant force them, I tried different settings, in 4 different configurations (Force Network Access Tftp Enforce Bypass) but all the news ones always get stuck on ranging. Non of the 20mb ones work (not the new ones coz theyre dynamic so i dont know which one is 20mb) the ones that do work only give me 10mb. Ive tried forcing and not forcing. Any helps guys.
Tell me if i forgot to leave any detail out.

Edit: oh yeh im on haxorware 1 rev 32

Best thing to do is try every mac you scan for its kind of trail and error now untill some1 comes up with some idea what the configs mean so untill then its scan for macs and try all them that have a bootfile do a speed test and write them down etc etc.

or try this

put "cm-20480-768" where it says file (above autoserve)

make sure you take out the " some people have got 20mb this way it dont work for me but you might be one of the lucky 1's :P

My mate ex-tw has a similar problem. Previously confirmed 20meg macs that worked fine now only give out 10meg speed. Perhaps 20meg has been migrated to a different Docsis platform in some areas.

ive already tried the cm-20480 one, it was what i was using lately lol.

Me too... 'cm-20480-768' has been rock solid for me for the last few months, two day's ago It just stopped working

. The good news is that all my previous 2meg Macs are now running at 10meg, so it's not the end of the world.

ahh unlucky lol. I hope someone finds a way of getting those ambit 300s rolling. or thse config files decrypted.

you are really unlucky lol should be getting at lest 10mb with every one being upgraded to that from 2mb. mind you for my sub i had to ask for it.
