I have used the sidewinder getmy bk back before without any problems but today it just wont respond keeps on flashing an error which is a bit hard to read. I have tried a card that i know worked in the past but it is now giving the same error.

I use a Cyclone unlooper i have flashed it and the dip switches are 2 and 5 down. My comms port connection is direct not through a USB. XP home

I glithced another card no problem so I assume the comms port works (comms port 1)

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Try to read the card in Nagra Edit and tell us what it says.

If the COM port and crystal in Nagra Edit has been set correctly, the card is dead. What box is it from?

What should the settings be. Box 2110.

DO you mean the settings in nagra edit 4.1 Phoenix 3.6864Mhz

yep, but u usually set ur programmer to phoenix mode in the options(prog software). Then read in nagraedit. I'm sure u know that already though

A bit confused now. Are you talking about the Cyclone programmer if so how do I do this or Nagra edit or sidewinder betmy bk.

No, you need a Phoenix Programmer such as the TMC Phoenix or USB Phoenix. The Cyclone is an unlooper, it will not read cards.
