Hi guys recently become "support free" with my modem. Got an issue which I'm researching the archives for a resolution for.

Fantastic resource you guys have here. Only been looking for a couple hours and feel I have learnt loads.

I'm still a total noob though so will apologise now for any stupid questions I may ask.
