Default Xncs - co40 00 00 00..

in xncs does anyone else ever get blank 00 00 00 etc.. for CO40 but data in CO70???

Does this mean anything?

And another quicky.. using xncs I always get the the co70, try it in nagra4.1 as the specific but never works but then go back to xncs and get access to the card but the IRD is always missing?

Sorry I know this is about twenty questions in one.. just want to get them all off my chest.

What do all the different, 08 Standard Tier (31) do?? Like what is each ones purpose out of an educational point of view?

Haha really sorry to of posted so much above, was my quest writing on a mosc that failed really am baffled. I can get into the card in xncs, not in nagra, and can't write in xncs. Can also successfully unlock the card in xncs but nag don't wanna know.
