can anyone please help me out, i have just got hold of a motorola 5101e cable modem and it will not connect to my internet connection, has anyone any ideaes on anything i can do to get it to connect online so i can use the net.....

any help much appreciated.

need more info mate, what have you done, what connection/speed do you have, what if anything have you done to the modem..
