Xbox 360 Tuts + Files needed

Hi,

I've recently had my XBox360 replaced by Microsoft, my warranty is up at the end of the month so I'm thinking of modding it.

I've not pulled it apart so have no idea what drive is in it - it was the 60GB premium version, although they have replaced it with what appears to be a new unit.

Can anyone post me some good links and tips and give me an idea of what equipment I'll need and how I can do it myself without it costing much?
