Default 2100 with No BBC1

I have a Sammy 2100that seems to have lost some of its FTA chanels. BBC1 for example says: "sorry this chanel is not available at the moment"

I know the BK and IRD is correct because Sly sports etc work ok.

Any ideas?

reboot the box with out card in, then put the card in it when it boots up.

It also might be the caps on the power supply I had a 2100 that was losing channels pop the lid off and have a look there is usally 2 rows of three caps have a look and check none have the tops blown up i.e. swollen

Also could be signal but sky sports normally goes 1st when its signal

If all else fails and it isnt a signal problem (chk in em), then try a forced update on the box. Cant hurt.

Cheers Guys. the net id etc is corect as it once worked. I will change the caps and let everyone know.

BTW: already done an update and tried to power on without card. Looks like caps are the only thing left.
