turn the box of at the back then remove memory stick then follow the 1570 tut
yes it will au without the memory stick just make sure as i have said turn box of before removal

I am glad you got it working, dont worry about the 8888 > 8882 they all do that when they are booting up.

Its only a problem whenit get stuck at the 8882.

hi there, i have installed the software (v2.03), and when turn on sv5 usb2 the box, goes to main menu and when serching for channels doesn't pick any up, any clues whats going wrong? tried the 1570 and nothing,

hiya can anyone help i bought a friend 2 staview 5 boxes everything working but it turns out she has sky and we are now stuck with 2 brand new starview 5 boxes all software installed fully working
does anyone know where i may be able to sell them i bought each for £69.99 from my online seller but he doesnt do returns if you didnt know what you were buying
any help appreciated

they wont be much use to anyone very shortly so get what you can for them on ebay. i doubt very much you'll get anywhere near £70 for them thou
