help pleases how do i get flash file?

hiya all..

I am new to this and would really appreciate if you could help me out.

I have got a funcard4 and and have infinity phoneix card reader. I am strugling wth what to do and how to get the files.

I have dowloaded the chattebox toolbar, adn then gone to files and fixes and then got stuck. I have got the toxic 7 file and downloaded it to my computer (is it a zip file?)..

any help would be much appreciated and i would appreciate it if you could use beginners language.,

it should just right click & unzip it m8 , ...u open toxic up & enter ur cam id for ur erea .start with the 1st 2 digits for your area and make rest up with letters and numbers. EG: 27 65 AH 87 ,,,,
Excw: 27
Pure: 24
TW: 2C
then enter ur boxkey & ird . tick .c&w / tw /or T*l , the press save. as i bin file to ur desktop...theu u wil need another program called swap bin2hex ...just drag the bin file u just made throu it & it will change it to a hex file save that as my bkhex, delete the other 1, , then u will need the right flash file 4 ur erea ..the latest funcard1 is .28/11/2008/.
open ur prorgmmer load the flash file in , then the bkhex u made into Ext. EEprom. & write it to a card ..all done ..if ur boxkey is o.k e.c.t & box update put card in leave on bbc1 for 10 mins & u should b all done.
