Default Duff Chip pad fix?

Hi Guys,
tried my 1st two v+ after doing a few sammy 2110 with MOSCS, and have made a bit of a mess of the 1st V= I needed to change the NETID (i'm tw) and so got some blank chips from fleet, went to de-solder the 1st one and - doh- took 4 (!!) pads off with the legs of the chip! (the row with pin 1 on it)
Undeterred I took a different approach, and cut the legs of the chip to remove it on the second v+, and managed to get it off ok, and get a new chip on! Success! I got the atmega card trick to work and it is now up and running!
I have checked out v+ application, and a few forum posts, the duff chip pad fix looks a bit out of my league - so was wondering does anyone have any advice and would anyone like to do the fix for me in exchange for a few quid?
Thanks a lot

Cheers!
For others looking at this thread, there has been a good wee tut put up in this section by another helpful user, may stop a lot of repeat threads as I think they are trying to make it a sticky
