I have Sky Plus.
Is there any product I can buy which will enable us to watch Sky plus on a TV in another room other than subscribing to Sky multi room ? |

Get yourself a Video Sender, or run the signal through RF, however you will only be able to watch the channel that the master receiver is on. Apart from this get another receiver and a multiroom sub

Thank you for your help.
![]() I am a newbie to Satellite TV. Can you recommend a particular make of Video Sender. Would it allow us to see on the second TV what we have recorded on Sky Plus on the main TV or does it just pipe through onto the second TV what is currently showing on the main TV. |

The Philips range are well recommended, however they are more expensive. They also allow you to use your remote control,at the second location, which not all video senders do. |

Be aware the 2.5GHz senders are prone to horrible interference from wifi networks...... If you have wifi in the house - or next door has one dont buy a 2.5GHz type!

Thanks Analoguesat
![]() I have wifi for the computer. Can you recommend what I should get as it is a bit of a minefield for me with no experience of these matters. I expect that if I go into a retail shop they could try to palm me off with something unsuitable and I would be none the wiser till I got it home. |

You can get 5GHz models which should be less prone to inteference. They are probably more expensive too as they havent been out long

Oh BTW - be aware if next door have a similar videosender then they could watch your programming - its not unheard of for someone to make some movies of him & the missus at it so to speak then us a video sender to watch it in bed a few nights later - then to be the talk of the street later in the week!!
![]() If you want complete security against such accidental intrusions then use a coax cable off the RF 2 socket!
