Can any one help Me my box was workng ok but now when i put my card in it says mute err

could be the card. lets hope it is anyway. if its not, and you have a knackered box where the card reader is ok, you can change it.

Most likely dropped pins in reader. Lift them back up

Dont know if you can purchase a replacement reader4, but if you do open up the box and use something like a pin/needle to try and put the pins of the reader back to their correct allignment, so they touch the card with a good force...
If not then Try different card in box, and check in the EM to see if it still showing mute error.

check the surface mount caps under the board near tuner mate common on that model and 1000phase 1b
