Hi folks,

I've had my surfboard sb4200 running for over a year now with no "real" problems until today.

I came down this morning to check my email and had no net access so i thought i'd just need to change my details but here's where it gets wierd.

Normally on my sniffer page i have a list of around 10 addresses i can use but today i had 66!

But not one of them will give me anymore than 256bps down and 192bps up???

I really dunno if this can be fixed at all but i'd welcome any help.

Here's the software version etc

Software Version: SB4200-FIBERWARE-2.02
Hardware Version: 1
MIB Version: II
GUI Version: 1.0
VxWorks Version: 5.3

Now i'm not too clued up with this tbh so you'll have to go real slow lol

Grab 4100
Walk to bin
Drop 4100 in bin
Go to Fleebay
buy a ambit 250
wait
250 comes in the mail
add mac
yea! am online

Just playing withyou
i have 3 4100 which i dont use anymore they seem to be realy funny for me! Some work fine one day and nothing the next.

you could try searching the site there is tons of people saying same thing... you just have.

Bad config? dead mac? start with them

Is there a particular person who sells them on here at all? (ambit 250)

Fleebay = Ebay sir

Check the config
Check the mac
