Default eurovox is it worth buying one

so is it pointless buying my mother a eurovox for christmas as she keeps asking me 2 get her one but with all the speculation off nag 3 and crd swapping it is confusing can someone shed a bit of light on this thanks

you keep asking the same questions in different threads and the answers are still the same... no one knows... if you buy her one for £80 now and she gets two months out of it, you havent lost out but if she gets 3-4 or more months youve save money... you decide!

But only if you are prepared to learn how to use a linux receiver, and even then, without some form of IKS or cardsharing, it would still be as useless as an EV/SV/KV after the changeover..

The info regarding how to setup or even simply join a server will be widespread when it happens, its not rocket science people will learn when its their only option other than paying full subs.
