Complaint thrown out but sky told not to repeat advert ????

hmm, either it was thrown out and sky would be free to repeat, or it was upheld (or partially upheld) in which case sky would be prevented from repeating. If sky have been prevented from repeating then the complaint has been at least partially upheld !
