Missing Sky Sports 1 On My Eurovox EX1000SL

Hello, I am wondering if anyone can help me. A week ago Kerrang channel and Sky Sport 1 channel became scrambled on my Eurovox. Today I went into the config, deleted all channels, the I did a deep scan.

I now have the Kerrang channel fine, no problems, it is now unscrambled, but I dont have Sky Sports 1 at all now. I have Sports 2 and 3 there but Sky Sports 1 has disappeared.

I am in the Glasgow area, has anyone else had the same problem and has a solution.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you have already updated to the latest firmware, then try the below, if not update first then see what happens.

Firstly lets try a manual scan of the TP that channel sits on, this should bring it back.

Failing that, try a factory reset and full/deep scan, this should then bring it back if the manual scan did not.

Should both of the above fail to yield a result, let us know and I'm sure we can sort it for you

Thank you all. I have my Sky Sports channel now. I shall watch my footie at the weekend. I shall now go and watch a biography of Axl Rose on Kerrang, it starts at 3pm. He is a nutter you know, lol. Once again thank you all.

I need help!
I have recently got a eurovox ex1000sl on virgin from a friend of a friend.
I have never had a dodgy box before and I dont know anything about them.
I have only had it 3 weeks and sky sports 1 and bravo have come up scrambled channels, please can any tell me in how to unscramble them, remember I dont know anything about them so will need the thicko's version of what to do.
