Have new keys been rolled out? (Ex CW South Manchester)

Hi,

I've got a Eurovo Red 2007. Or is that a Eurovox Max Red?

I'm wondering if new keys have been rolled out. According to Biqmaq the last key change for ex CW South Manchester was on the 12th October.

I've got about 95 percent of the channels but no Sly Sports 1 or Sly Sports News. I think Sly Movie Prem is down as well. I get the message, updating code, please wait etc.

I remember I was in the same boat about a week ago and when the keys were updated on BiqMaq I manually updated the box and all was fine again. So I'm wondering if there is a delay in the updates for Biqmaq.

And yes I know if I had the latest firmware the codes would auto update. Is the following the latest FW for the EuroVox Red?

Any advice or help would be appreciated.

its nothing to do with the keys,

Just use autoupdate it should come back up.

Or
delete the channels (but keep hold of the frequency) then do a manual scan

Or
Factory reset then do a rescan, that will bring the channels back up again

Thanks for the reply. Did an autoupdate several times over the last few days but with no joy. Deleted the channels in question followed by a manual scan on the frequency of the troublesome channels. Still no luck.

I thought I'd try to clear the keys, save data and then input the keys again. Went on the old BiqMaq toolbar, made a note of the keys and went back to the box.

I recall the keys I inputted the other day were written down on a scrap bit of paper I left near the tv. These did not match the keys I'd noted down this morning!

To cut a long story short I manually entered some old keys last time around which was the cause of the problem. Updated the box with the correct keys and job's a good 'un.
