Yeah I wondered that, most new laptops either have windows 7 preinstalled or have a free upgrade option bundled with vista.. Hmm..

ACER have an offer going at the minute. If you purchased a laptop from them after June or July this year (I can't remember which), you can request a free copy of Windows 7 providing you pay P & P.
