Default Running a Eurovox through a 22" LCD monitor with only a VGA input

Hi

Wondering can anyone give me some advice I'm wondering if theres any way I can run a Eurovox 1100 USB into my PC monitor? Would a Scart/S-Video to VGA converter work?

I've got 5.1 speakers with inputs on the back for optical (which my pc currently connects to) and the standard DVD player inputs etc

Or if not then could I buy a tv card and run it through my pc?

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers

Hauppauge PVR-150 will work and surely you can record directly. the downside is that you have to keep your pc ON all the time to watch Telly.
