hi all got a prob box stuck on ap52 wen i go into eng menu i can see were it says emu then it says no in red box

also when i look at card status it keeps saying card waiting can anyone help please?

whats it say for netid and what area are you in?

it just says net id **** im in pure NTL area

Hi

Its either a netid but as you in pure it should set itself or its a signal prob, have you checked sig is good. There may be some work going on in area and might correct itself in a few hrs.

What model of pace box is it. Are you sure you looking at netid or the pin which is what is usually starred out and is 4 digits.

I had same problem, check the cable feed to the box at the back. If that's ok then check if the tuner connection is ok or not..... Check singal strenght in EM.

You could try resetting the box. To do this, pull the red jumper inside (located near the power supply) for 2 minutes then fire up the box with the cable feed in and it should update itself automatically and set the Net ID for you if you are in Pure

before you pull the jumper just make sure that you know how toreset the NetId with the Rs232 or with fun, because when you pull the jumper it will be set to 99999.
