Default How to go back to original firmware EX5100

Got a problem with my new EX5100 PVR and need to return it. Can anyone tell me where to get the factory firmware so I can reflash?
Also - would that be detected?

Thanks to Stuss for the PM (can't reply directly as I don't have enough posts).
Unfortunately your link doesn't contain the original factory firmware, only the latest 16/1/09.
Anyone else?
