Yes,

I can confirm turning the box off at the switch and waiting a few seconds will clear the problem and fully update the EPG.

After 12am though, the EPG seems a little hit-n-miss with its detailing, good that I am often not using the box after this time, but bad that it happens I suppose, usually ends up fine again at 1-2am.

A good way I found to stop the EPG slowly 'leaking' its info away is to ensure you put the box into standby when you have finished watching, that way when you 'wake' it up the EPG updates (at least, it appears to on my box), whereas if you just leave it turned on it will only have full EPG data for the channel you were watching and on occasion a bit (not all) of the information for other channels on that particular transponder.

Overall, the firmware is still not perfect but it's a massive improvement from the March and September firmwares, especially in terms of responsiveness from the remote.

Mine does the same, turn the main off for a few mins and it's back, i will try and put on standby when finished to see if that helps.

I don't use autosort matey, but I can confirm that before I sorted the box out again after updating it, I did accidentally scan with auto-sort on and then re-did the scan afterward with it off, the strange part is that nothing changed at all, the order was identical on both occasions.

Can anybody explain why after manually sorting the TV channels, radio channels are unavailable!
Does anybody else have this problem, or am I the only one? Perhaps I am sorting the wrong way! All comments gratefully received.

Press "radio" at the top of the remote and the radio channels should appear. I didn't know about this (seems so obvious in retrospect) but I noticed a thread about it a while back on the forum. I just tried it and it has worked fine on my box.

Oh, and with reference to my last post on page 6 with the epg info missing, I followed nstokes advice about switching the box off at the switch and then turning it back on and it has worked a treat so thanks and thanks to morrisoft for his help as well.

what happens when you press the epg button twice? After pressing radio on my remote if I press epg I get a list of available radio channels.

Hennha04.
Absolutely nothing happen when I press Radio button on the remote or the EPG. It is as though all radio channels have been lost. They were there before manful sorting.

After sorting my box out I have yet to actually use the radio channels, so cannot confirm whether or not we share the same problem, but if you drop me a pm (so i don't forget) I will check when I get home this evening (7pm) and let you know the results.

They worked fine before I did the update so here hoping!
