took delivery today of my new nagra 3 card inserted it in to box and it up dated for the new card so now how long will it be before the big switch over

Is your card using Nagra3 or Nagra1 like everyone else - have you logged the stream? It would be very useful to know exactly what is in the stream.

the n3 stream is there in leeds. its been confirmed

Not to my knowledge - there is a stream with an unknown nagra ID which is NOT the known N3 Id. It may turn out to be N3 but until it gets logged and analysed, it's NOT confirmed as anything.

fair do's then. there is a 'unconfirmed' stream which is confirmed not n1.

its confirmed as being in leeds, bradford, batley ect and nowhere else in the country yet.

'unconfirmed' cards are being received which show to have an atr which is confirmed not n1.

I can 100% confirm it is the newest possible revision of N3 made based on an ATmel processor.

It is newer than the 24X which is really just American version of our older pre-180 series and as such still based on ST19

You really need to get out of this phase on denial - Latest toughest Nagra is here and it aint going away.

That's it then, anyone no if anywhere else in the world is still using nagra1 I can see a 'shed' load of equipment destined for the skip, dumpster for our American viewers.

i've got three 9v psu's too and nothing else in the modshop runs on 9v!

At least you got your logger working, will that still log does ATR have the same baud rate? Now thats a whole new thread when we all get cards. It may be interesting to see the comms even though we won't have a 'fooking' clue what it all means, just like nagra1 lol Will there or is there a new stuntguy????????????

were going to need to stick loggers in subs thou. thats if we want to log anything past the 'whoops, it appears you've inserted the wrong card for this box' msg
