Alright all,

I have received my new box today bit found that the remote is completly dead. I know i can send it back but i really just want it working so was wondering if anyone knows the Magnavox Universal Remote code for this?

Im really struggling, stuck on 0000 - what a load

Put your mobile phone on camera mode point your remote at it try to change the channel by pressing the remote keys can you see the led's lighting up?

anyone got any suggestions or had this trouble before, it looks completly dead.

i had exactley the same problem with my first Krypt, the remote or sensor were dead as a dodo,totaly fcuking annoying because it is impossible to set up with out one.

sent the lot back special delivery and it was replaced,have had no problems since.

prior to sending it back i was advised to take the top of the box and unplug the connectors and reconnect them just in case it was a bad supply or earth,did sweet FA but worth a try.
