Default Decent Dual-Wan routers for Usenet servers

Any Usenet users here who use dual-wan load balancing routers for their cable modems? Which model do you suggest?

I have x2 10meg modem connections so I was thinking of buying such a router to use on newsgroups.
The other thing I'm not too sure then is which UseNet servers would support dual connections and which wouldn't.

I'm on the Astraweb server. So I decided to contact Astraweb just to make sure.

Their response was:

It can be done if you were to configure your router to use one link whenever outgoing traffic destination is astraweb servers' ip.

eg. if destination ip = astraweb then send through link1
But then I've been reading how some people can't use load balancing routers on astraweb servers. Though they might have been old posts, so unless that's changed now.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

I have used a Billion BiGuard 30, seemed to do the job, others have made a linux box and used a software solution.

I believe that hitnews.eu allow 8 or 12 connections through multiple IP's

Simplest solution !

Forget using the 2 * 10Meg modems and simply set one of them up to use a 20Meg MAC. A hell of a lot less hassle than messing around with multiple IP's and load balancing etc

Which is effectively the same as them saying you can only ever connect via one IP. All the above does is force connections to AstraWeb to be always through one IP only and replies are always to the same address as the initial request.
