Z3X box, s5230 tocco lite problem

hi there, i am having problems with the tocco lite on the z3x box, all other phones are fine! ive done 5600,s8000 ect but 5230 just doesn't work, all i get is:

Selected model: S5230
Selected com port: COM10
Selected speed port: 921600
Phone must be ON
Search modem ... OK
Search modem on:COM11
Open Com - Fail
init com port - false
Elapsed time: 6 second, sw ver: 3.3.0019

thats your problem..go into your device manager and check the comport settings... also i think for that model you need to be using 2 in 1 cable.
usb + comm cable that came with your box
