After flashing and doing a factory reset is the channel favourites list affected. I have it backed up but wondered it woulr require reloading.

No epg here from(EX1100USB_091106_epg_test.abs) , well i have about 3 channels displaying info. so not looking too good. Will try a reflash later. Only just got my EX1100 so i will try the earlier s/w(EX1100USB_090925.abs) to see if its any better.

Hey Tried the new firmware.
Im in newcastle vmedia area
Still not getting EPG for about 90% of channels and since loading the new firmware certain channels have begun to flicker and a slight crackling noise in the background.
Also on the maxv when you pressed exit it would bring up channel information for that channel and what would be on next just wondering if this will be included if not not to worry.
I dont think we can complain if we dont get the EPG or anything else working aslong as it lets us view what we want to view im happy.

Just flashed the new firmware on to the 1100 there seems a very slight improvement on the epg but if one wanted to see what was on all the channels then they are in for a long wait.Was wondering does this update correct the freezing issue?

flashed last night and had nothing but problems with freezing and slot in slot out. im refering back to old one.

From the people that have posted their network, it looks like this firmware is better on NTL and worse on TW, not sure about C&W.

I hear the developers monitor this forum, so hopefully they will see this and keep working.

Firmware is better in my area. ex C&W. box seems to power on much quicker than before!
EPG not perfect but loading quicker.
hopefully we will see the final fully working firmware soon.
