i have just bought an ex1100 usb and downloaded 2 firmware files called sept o1 and 090925 and after uploading via usb and going through a scan
i get "no channels found message "
can you please help

Do a deep scan on symbol rate for your area

if you still get no channels after re-scanning on your correct signal rate, try turning the box off then back on (I had this exact problem and turning off and on solved after scanning on the correct signal rate 6.952 in my area).

hi there im new to this and dont have a clue what im doin i have just bought a eurovox ex1100 usb and cant seem to get the channels to work iv done a power scan and its found all the channels but theres not a picture and after a minute or so it says scrambled dont no what im doing wrong any help would be much appreciated thanks

Put it on a premium ch IE skyspts a box should come up saying updating leave it there & you should get picture after 2 or3 mins
