hi i have a tm6800hd but i cant get channel 4 hd can anyone help. i pick up bbchd and itvhd but cant get channel4hd and when i press red it doesnt seem 2 do anythin but i can go straight 2 the channel 2 pick them up

You can't watch it, it is encrypted in NDS. You need a valid Sky card and a receiver that will decode it. The TM6800 can't, not the white cards anyway.

Hi Rob remember me? you fitted my dish and technomate 6800hd last year .
just installed the latest firmware .seem to have lost the mbc channels
not sure what sat channel to search for them pressed all the wrong buttons during
the firmware install and lost the old chanel list and favourites menu and most every thing else and i've gone blind in the process but i've got channel 4

Or you can go 11938V on 7W, but 26E is stronger.

two dishes, one for freesat and a 110 motorised dish which we run the cables down the chimney.

found mbc ok on 11938V but none of the channels are working no sound or picture other channels seem ok 30e is also dead

thanks, would be great. is there a way to record the list to usb? would have saved me a lot of hassle . cant work out why i can't get picture and sound on 26e
