Now I'm angry with myself. I've not got what I wanted, and I've not even around yet to recording.

I posted below on the 6th that I'd finally bought a Humax Foxsat HDR.
It works well, it does what it says on the box, it gives me Freesat in HD and the pictures on the new telly are great.

BUT using the secret menu it doesn't give me the foreign satellite channels on 13E and 19E which I need now and which I was led to believe it would. I can't return the box to the seller as this is not its listed purpose. I can't chuck it out of the window, my pension wont cover the purchase of another box for Freesat HD only.

Using the TM1500 I've confirmed that 13E and 19E are available on this incoming cable.
Each day I've done several Factory Resets and repeated the same procedures but when I
do the scan starting with 19E I get BBC channels - which are not on 19E.
I've printed all the procedures Sat World has published an have downloaded his screenshot pics but I cant find where I've made an error, and I must have made an error since so many other users report a satisfactory setup for this Non Freesat.

First things first, how are you getting 28/19/13E? Is it on a motorised dish, or via a Diseqc unit?

If you are using a Diseqc switch, have you told the box which satellite is on each port?
