I used the dec cal then converted to hex. Used the first 10 of the 12 numbers.Yes i am using a fun and live in pure area.
Have tried putting ird in backwards still the same.

Has your box taken the v3.7 update mate? If so, look for the v3.7 Funcard fix (do a search, there's some information on here).

How have you created your extheep file ????, did you leave it as a bin file or convert to hex, I got this message when I put the extheep file in as a hex file instead of leaving it as a bin. Also your BK being 1 digit out can also cause this problem

Incorrect BK = blank screen, no errors.

It's likely your box has updated to 3.7 and you need to fix the timings in the flash, as blakey said

I am sure the bk is correct as a very kind member on here unlooped the card for me.He a star and he has done a few with no problems
I am in Nottingham which is pure and all my other boxes are fine.
I swapped the bin to hex ,but will try using the bin file.
Also will try thr rst 3.7 fix just incase.
When you enter the ird and bk using rst do i need to put spaces between each pair of numbers ie
3E 3E 3E 3E or no spaces 3E3E3E3.
I ask this as i notice it does not leave spaces.

If you are using Toxic, just enter it as you see it because the spaces will be put in automatically. Also, leave keys 0 and 1 as 0s of Fs, click the radio button for your area (Pure) and save as exteep.hex. There is no need to convert to bin (or vice versa), it works fine as it is.
