Default switchover problem

Since the switchover in my area, 4th Nov, I can't get BBC channels except children's ones. So no BBC 1, 2, 3, 4 or 24-hr news. I've retuned several times, and according to the BBC site reception should be good for these channels. Any suggestions?
Thx, Pauline

This may well depend on the make and model of your receiver.

Many older boxes cand deal with the new split network table introduced during DSO - we saw a lot of fauilures up here in the Borders 12 months ago.

What make / model is it??

It's a Nokia Mediamaster 9850T. I'm in the Granada area. Up to and since the first changes in October, and until the partial switchover on 4th November, it was fine. It's only since 4th November that I can't see the BBC channels, though they appear to be there.
