I have just received a new smart card this morning from VM, apparently it is a trial in the Leeds West Yorkshire area.

Can anyone tell me if they have used theirs and did it have an affect on your Eurovox, im using a Eurovox Max 08

no mate it will not do nowt 2 your eurovox just your sub box

On most forums everyone is saying will it be before xmas or after i think bookmakers should start taking bets ???

You won't notice any difference as yet,not until everyone has been issued with the new cards will the reason become apparent, sort of exciting in one way having to wait and see just what Virgin have in store for us

i live in the leeds area and i've still yet to receive my smart card. However, my eurovox has stopped receiving all the sky premium channels. i have rescanned 4 times and the keys are up to date.

Will all be restored once I get my smart card?

Your IP address puts you in Leeds so you are one of the many that have been nagra 3'd. No more free tv for you my friend - its subscription only now

Put your new subs card in the vm box and if you havent been paying for the premium channels ring those lovely people at VM customer services and pay for them.
