THIS IS A POST BY ABBS2002 IT MAY HELP YOU

Hi guys, I found this Powersync Unlooper guide, I thought it might come handy for some1…

Powersync unlooper manual /guide

Tips and warnings to be aware of when using “PowerSync Unlooper”, remember you are experimenting, "there is no one set way to "skin a cat", so be patient and you will ultimately obtain the results you are looking for.

There is a 5K trimmer pot with an adjustment screw on top; it is a 25 turn pot, When you are setting your ohms, make sure nothing connected to the PowerSync unit this includes serial cable, power supply or card in the slot.

Your setting will not be accurate if you do not do this, you should never adjust the pot with the power on, damage will occur.

Sometimes it is useful to make reference marks on the pot to help you remember various settings, there are 2 LED lights on the board, The red one indicates power is on (on some other unloopers is green) the other LED shows status, if your operation is successful, it will show green, if the operation fails, the LED will show red, The board has a DIP switch, there are seven switches, numbers 6 & 7 are not used at this time, here is what the switches do in order:

Number 1 - Clock is at 18.4 Mhz Inverted

Number 2 - Clock is at 18.4 Mhz Non-Inverted (This is the normal position)

Number 3 - Clock is at 9.2 Mhz Inverted

Number 4 - Clock is at 9.2 Mhz Non-Inverted Generally

You will have switch 2 on unless you encounter an especially troublesome situation.

This is where the experimentation comes in!!

Number 5 - This enables the flash, in order to flash the 2313, this switch must be on, if you do not have it on when attempting to flash, you will receive a "device not connected" error, This switch should only be on when you are flashing, Otherwise leave it in the off position, Keep in mind; only one switch should be on when operating the unit, either flashing or regular use.

The unit will accept any female 2.1mm power plug, polarity does not matter due to the use of the bridge rectifier, voltage can range from 7 to 12 Vdc, your power supply should have a minimum power rating of 150ma (300 seems to be a good number) but Keep in mind that the higher the voltage, the hotter the voltage regulator will becomes, it does get hot so Be carful!!!

in winex, choose 'my looper 1'

provide the powersync with 9v ideally or 12v at a push

run vcc analyser v4 for rom 10's and v2 for rom11 and alter pot till you get .....

rom10... floor 16/17 ceiling 1c/1d ish

rom11 floor 23/24 ceiling 29/2A ish

use rom11unlocker for rom11 and mikedata july 2008 for rom10's

If this is a TMC powersync you want DIP1 for glitching!
