I have tried re booting it and resetting it and it will not turn on. Any ideas what it will be?

Power supply mate look for bulging caps, also look at label on the back of unit if it's made in China the PSU maybe ok but the problem is with the mainboard and i've not found a solution for it.

Made in Korea it says on the back

If you take the lid off the box you will see two boards inside the one that the power cable plugs into is the the power supply and on that you will see about 5 or 6 capictors on the the end furthest from where you plug the power cable in these may have blown and will be bulging / dome shaped when they should be flat and may also be leaking, replace these with the same value items from maplins.

I think it will be easier to send it back to where I got it, I dont have the torx screwdriver to open it.

he means the power supply capacitors(black tubes with aluminium tops) they with age start to push out their contents and seem to "bulge" out the top,they can also leak their electrolyte over the board which can be nasty ..
