Lost All the channels on my kryptview a750

Hi guys!

Im kinda new to all this stuff.

basically ive got the kryptview a750 box which ive had for a good few months. however in the last few days no channels were coming up in the menu, and the only thing i could get was the radio.

ive done a factory reset, and tried to scan again, but with no success. Please Help!

Silly and rather obvious suggestion but you don't happen to have pressed the TV/Radio button on the remote?

Cheers for the reponse. Finally got it to work! had to do a factory reset, then delete all channels and do a re-scan.
