i am new to this will someone tell me how to programer a ntl card, i have a programmer but dont know how to use it i really need some help

if the card is open programme through phoenix mode on 1 of yeh com ports loads of tuts out there.

Is the card from your subbed box i.e the box you pay monthly sub for?
