pace 4001 help

can anyone help me i have done me card but me box gets stuck on tune have left it in for hours no change i have pulled the red jumper and re soldered the pl5 thing i am in a pure area the net id still says ***** thought it would of updated itself any ideas all cheers

your box could be faulty m8, net showing ***** isn't a good sign, leave the jumper out for few hours and see if the net id goes back to 09999.
no need for funcard trick since you are in pure.

You could also try removing the battery from the board as well as the jumper just to make sure all residual memory is cleared. (Round silver disc, kinda like a slightly thicker 10p coin)

Follow the stuck in tune guide i've fixed a few box's with the same issue mate.

the battery is a normal cylinder type not a silver flat one in the 4001,s and it,s soldered to the board

tried everthing in the tuts still no bloody joy lol i guess it dead then
