iv got all the channs working e.c.t , went into enj set the pin pressed o.k as normal ....turned back on & the pin wasent set ....????? tryed this a few times & noticed when im turning back on .it goes to ap53 np probs,& turns to standby, but when i turn on i get the (WELCOME TO VM bla bla bla ..& its on channel 999.) ?? strange !! then i turn to 101 .all channels are o.k but pin hasent set !!! iv never had this b4 on ..any know what could be the problem ..thanks

Sounds like the jumper isn't on...put it back

, on the 3rd try ,i booted it up (by holding up & down till see boot then let go) .......it went to the VM Welcome screen again ...BUT its taken the PIN ! **PinActive** so i dont no wat happened there .....as to the jumper m8 im gonna unplug it firdt & let it cool down abit coz its next to all the power stuff.!! will do that then re-start it again just to make sure ..the pins still active .......& thanks alot m8

its done the same again after ,,unpluggig for a 1hr, its re-set its self again on start up. with no NOT active ...& not let me into the ejn ....had a look & the jumper is pushed down right ????

Sounds like the battery is fooked!

set the pin and press TV (not OK) to store it m8, when you TV near the diplay unit the pin will turn to **** then it's set m8.

i have a box that does exactly the same thing m8.Check ur software version of the box.Mine is on 3.5 and I assume urs is too.I cant get it to update to 3.6 and its been on stream for about 2 weeks .I dont think theres much u can do until it updates to 3.6.I tried for ages andit just keep doing the same as urs.If u get it to work givus a shout.....good luck

yes mines on 3.6.1, SW, m8 it updated the SW no problem ..im in pure (notts) what erea are u in, think it should update asap m8 !!
