Question Panasonic Sky Box - How to clean?

Nice forum
I live in the Yorkshire Dales and recently my son came to stay on his way between jobs from Scotland to down south. Of course, leaving his "extra kit" with me for storage. What else are parents for?
"Dad, I've brought you my subscribed Sky card so now we can watch Rugby!".
And so we did but England didn't play well.
The upshot of him putting his card in my box is that the channels are now, well, confused.
The box now thinks I reside in London, e.g. Channel 101 is BBC1 London.
I can get BBC1 North East but it's on Channel 963, (I think). Cannot find ITV1 North at all. This is with my 'old' freeview card, BTW.- now makes no difference whether I use my card or his (he left it with me as a "present, dad").

I don't want to go with the Press-Backup-whilst-switching-on method since I note in places that this also 'upgrades' the software. If it ain't broke......

Anyone help with how to reset the box so it thinks I actaully am where I am?

Pull the mains plug out of the wall. Take his card out. Put yours in and reboot. It should revert to your northern settings.
