Just a quick pointer - I don't expect to see posts that include the following in them:

This forum is not about trying to gain the most number of "thanks" - they aren't worth anything, and no matter how big you make the font size, still have a redeemable value at any bank of "zero".

What the Thanks button does is allow is for other members of the community to spontaneously show their appreciation.

If you feel the need to ask for thanks, when everyone else thanklessly helps, you're probably in the wrong community.

In the meantime, anyone who repeatedly asks for "Thanks" in their posts will be liable for an infraction for disruptive behaviour - after all, when you're really helping others, you don't need to ask for their thanks - you already have it.

Just temporary - doing some routine upgrades in the back end, but didn't want to have to close the forums while doing it.
