Ambit 256 in need of some help please

Hi everyone i have an Ambit 256 and i really need some definitive help here, i have a ISP programmer that connects to the modem and i have flashed the chip with the haxorware file that was provided, however now the modem will not boot at all and all it wants to do is flash all its lights every couple of seconds at me !!! any ideas on why this could be??

i also need to know where i can and how i adjust the settings i need to change once i am allowed to do so. i have been searching everywhere and cant seem to find any actual definitive answers for the 256.

what version of haxoreware is it and i recon it may be the settings.

are you getting the haxorware page m8?

when you type in browser 192.168.100.1

Don't bother with any of that mate. It's either a bad flash or you used the wrong file. Either way, needs reflashing

the sr guy will know best mate as i have sent of for my sbi and the lead too so will need help soon doing it myself

soz wasn't trying to be ****ty, normally ur idea would be ok for getting into 192 page but as all lights flashing every few secs = bad flash = reflash

A lot of the dumps floating about are for putting Hax on a replacement SPI chip. You can put it on the original 'MX' chip but you need to use the bootloader / dump specifically designed for it

Thanks so much guys, as im sure it shows i am very new to this so it wouldnt surprise me if i did use the wrong file
the file i used is 256_MX_HAX_11_39.bin not sure if that helps but its the file supplied with the programmer and the only one !! and no i dont get the haxorware page when i try to go to the 192.168.100.1 so im not sure where to go from here
