just upgraded to am3 got the t-series biostar board and the amd athlon quad core and 4 gig of ram now when i put my pc together with my 2 500 gig western digital hdd the d drive will suddenly spin down and if i try and access it it will take about 30 seconds to open it does this about 7 times a day if u shut your pc down the very last noise you hear thats the noise it makes hdd spinning down please im open to any suggestions both hdd are 3 months old nowt wrong with hdd run diagnostics on it i am on windows 7 64 bit if it helps please please help 250 pound just to have problems is not mny idea of a joke

Let me clarify this, your having an issue with 1 of the 2 Hard drives you have installed? In that it's making a slow loading noise, causing access times to be seriously affected?
