today i got channel not available and all the channels were down, den i did a scan but it only found a hand full of channels does neone no what the problem is?

What type of scan did you do? Bruteforce scanning is probably best as it does a deep scan on each transponder ultimately giving you more channels.

wats the bruteforce scan? i jus pressed dbox n went to service scan?

Virgin have a fault on their TV service, for Birmingham and some Midland areas.

Fault reported at 18:48 today, they say it will take 4 hours to repair.

service restored in teeside area no need to scan peeps
