good point you will have to try doing a factory reset and a fresh scan see if tht solves it

factory reset done nothing only finding 31 channels now

hi

i mine says lost signal, but i got normal cable box which is not working either, saying this channel not available, quote 1204 when call, i am in midland area.

every one i have just spoken to Cable people, who said there is technical problem in most areas, they are working on it and hopefully it will start working by tomarow.

Hi midlands area lost all premium Chanel's

Did a factory reset, re scan TW area only found 127 Chanel's in them was sly sports2 and it worked so will try again tomoz and see what happens
